个人简介：
张琳，男，山东潍坊人，教授，硕士研究生导师，香港大学法学博士，山东大学法学博士后。兼任在韩中国人法学会名誉理事，韩国高丽大学“创新、竞争与规制法研究中心”研究员、山东大学东亚法律研究中心研究员、《曼彻斯特国际经济法杂志》编委、《亚洲商事律师》编委，德国马普学会外国法与比较法研究所访问学者，澳门大学法学院访问学者。
